Confirm the agreement form on which you agree to pay Yen 100,000 minimum* as a deposit, under the condition that you are to make a successful bid. However, if the total bidding amount exceeds Yen 500,000, 20% of that amount will be applied to deposit. Please ask us your deposit price. Sign the agreement you fax it to Fax(81-92-413-5176) or send by email. We accept the deposit payment by telegraphic remittance. Ocean freight and Insurance : http://fjc24.com/auction/shipping.php page top How many days will be required after placing an order until the delivery?The delivery will differ depending on the destination. Generally speaking, it will take about three (3) days for Russia and HongKong, three (3) weeks for New Zealand and Australia, and anything between four (4) to six (6) weeks for other regions of the world for the delivery. However, some shipments are on monthly basis, except for New Zealand, Europe, Australia where we have shipments twice a month. Therefore, you need to take in account of the waiting period in addition to the above period when you estimate the delivery date. page top Can you tell me the general market prices of the cars?If you inform us of the type of cars and prices of which you would like to know, we will provide you with the market price reference files which were made in accordance with bidding results during the past one month at the auction by E-mail. page top Can I see graphical images of the cars?If you click "Auctions" in the contents of top page and take procedures, you should be able to see the photos. Or we will send you photos and translated details if you inquire by e-mail together with the exhibit number and the name of the car individually. page top Is the status list for the cars displayed in English?Detailed conditions of the car will be translated into English and will be sent to you individually upon a receipt of concrete inquiry with the actual Exhibit numbers.numbers. page top Is it possible to see the information on auction articles a little earlier?Most of the cars which will be put up for auction arrives to the auction hall a day or two before the auction day. The information of each car is inputted into computers in Japanese on the day before of the auction. Inputting is started at around noon and will be completed at around 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. But instead of waiting for the completion of the process, we will start translating the inputted information from 6:00 p.m. on the day before the auction so that the work will be finished within the same day (taking three (3) to four (4) hours). Then, the translated information will be uploaded onto the server. It is not until 10:00 p.m. Japan time (only the day before the auction) that you can view the auction article list on the Internet. Due to such time-consuming but necessary procedures, it is impossible to upload the information earlier than that. page top Can you send me information on the auction articles and the results of bidding by fax?Currently, the volume of the auction list and bidding list reaches well over 1000 pages, and this information has to be sent to several hundreds of potential buyers all over the world. Due to this reason, we do not provide any facsimile services. Besides, as it is impossible to send the graphical images of the cars by fax, those who desire to have the list distributed are requested to provide us with their E-mail address. page top How can I convert Japanese Yen to US Dollars or others?Please see the "Currency Exchange Rates" in the contents. page top If I make a bid for example, Yen 500,000, do I have to take the car at Yen 500,000?No you don't. If we could get it at say Yen 400,000, you pay only Yen 400,000 + Charges page top |
