About Additional Deposit
Additional Deposit: 20% of my bidding price When I bid more then Yen 500,000, I agree to pay 20% of my bidding price, under the condition that the bidding is to be successful, as a deposit by T.T. I also agree to bear the F.O.B. charges in addition to the bidding price of the car and the rest of mount shall be paid by T.T. (wire) remittance within 2 - 7 days. In case the purchased cars are not paid in full within 7 days, Yen 500 - 1,000/day will be added on top of the F.O.B. charges, as storage fee and penalty of the delayed payment.

(1) Translation of details : Yen 1000/car : (sales point/remarks/Assessor's comment, etc.) (2) Bidding charge : Yen 1,000/car Important notice The above (2) will be charged with no regard to whether bid for the car has been made or not. I have read exemption clause of claims.

C. If the bid does not go successfully in the next auction, I request to participate in the auctions or request you to purchase from other sources for the next consecutive month. I will specify cars and desired prices later by E-mail.
